Return & Refund Policy – Mitra Creations

Thank you for shopping with Mitra Creations. We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of your order.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at:

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Free from damage caused after delivery

  • Returned with original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase / order confirmation

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless:

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Please do not send any product without contacting us first.


4. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 3% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee helps cover payment gateway, handling, packaging, and processing charges.


5. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  1. Customized or personalized products

  2. Sale / discounted items

  3. Gift cards / digital products

Please check product details carefully before purchase.


6. Damaged / Wrong Product Received

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of product

  • Unboxing photos/videos (recommended)

We will review the case and offer replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order separately.


8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days

  • Banks/payment gateways may take additional time


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.


10. Return Address

Return address will be shared after your return request is approved.
